Fun Fact: Gymboree/Janie & Jack/Crazy Eights

Did you know that Gymboree owns Janie and Jack? Little known fact, at least to me. Love them both. Gymboree also owns Crazy Eights, a reasonable (think Old Navy prices) clothing line that's equally cute. Thanks to my friend Jen for that tip!

The Point

In the midst of the recession, a friend was telling me about the wonderful qualities of Frittatas. They're cheap, easy, and incredibly versatile. Whisk some eggs, toss in some meat/veggies and cheese, bake in the oven or on the stovetop - a great meal in minutes. Between family, work, and the general day-to-day, I have gained a great appreciation for things that have made my life simpler. I enjoy sharing these kinds of great tips and ideas. Of course, like Frittatas, some folks are just plain averse to egg and egg-bake products - so what worked for me may not work for you, but I do hope you find some good stuff here!
